Recently I've been working out and I'd like to post the weekly progress. I've been noticing my chest and arms getting more firm and some things seem to be getting easier to lift. It has been about 4 weeks since I have started but this is the first week using a weight set, bars and dumbbells.
I'll count this as my real week one.
I hope to see more significant results by December.

It's only going to be updated by me every week so I don't think that the mods would want it to stick around. And besides, it seems more blog material than anything.
