is a great thing.

I wake up as I do everyday, and I feel exceptionally tired today. I undress myself and hop in the shower. Majority of the time spent in there I was just standing in the hot water to feel a bit warmer. I get out about 10-15 minutes later and I find some clothes to throw on. I look at the clock and it says 6:50. Holy shit I have to leave, I thought to myself. I get to the bathroom and I style my hair the way I like it. I then run downstairs and I grab some coffee to drink before I head out the door. I am a very heavy coffee drinker. I drink it all down and I make sure my things are in my pockets. Phone, check. iPod, check. Black pen, check. Wallet, check. I look at the clock on my microwave and the time says 7:10. Shit. I lolly gag too much. Then I look at this bottle of sleep medicine on the counter. Now I'm thinking to myself, would taking this have similar effects to sleep deprivation? I decide to take some and head off. This will be a bit more interesting than usual.

I'm at school now (time lapse), and I'm in my Japanese class. We had a guest speaker. It was better than the usual Japanese class I had everyday. Winter break is so close, I can smell it. OK not really, but it is close nonetheless. Bell rings, turn in notes, go to math class.

Now those sleeping pills are starting to kick in. I'm sitting in my math class after a test I took and it seems that my vision had become retarded. Fading in and out, focus and blurred. It even seemed that the lines on my desk were morphing and pulsating. "Maybe, if lay my head down for a moment." I begin to think, then do. I drift off for a few minutes then I wake up. People around me are throwing paper balls at each other. This is pretty much standard here, but I was in the middle of the warzone. I got pelted a couple times and I went ahead and moved. I didn't want to participate in this battle today.

Soon, math class end and I have lunch/recess. I make it up 3 stories to my next class already and I go on one of the computers in the class. I decide to open up minesweeper and I begin to play. I had finally figured out the whole game. The numbers that come up indicates how many mines are next to it. IT WAS SO SIMPLE I DIDN'T KNOW WHY I DIDN'T KNOW. This was my hilight of my day.

I'm too lazy to write more again. Jeez, I need to stop being so lazy.

GO PLAY MINESWEEPER PEOPLE!

Today, I got up at the usual 6:30 AM and got ready. I look downstairs on the counter and I see that no money was left for me to take the bus. My sister was already up and I asked her to take me to school. Knowing her, she would've most likely said no. And she did. I go around the house looking around for loose change. I go for my money jar, which has an open top for situations like this. I find several dimes and nickel, but only one quarter. I usually take quarters. I dig out more dimes than nickels.

After a couple minutes of scrounging, my sister says she'll take me, under a condition: I have to clean out a stain in her backseat. It was from old bottles and cans from the recycling on Sunday. I'm ok with it. It's better than walking to school from my house. I was about 1 hour's worth of walking away. I take some hot water, a bucket, a rag and laundry detergent and I scrub it out. It took a minute to work. It wasn't that bad of a stain. I put everything back and I wait for my sister to get down.

She comes downstairs and drives me to school. I really need to get a driver's license. I get out, and I bid my goodbye. I get to class about 2 minutes before the bell rings and I see JC. I have about 20 different lines in my head on how to break the ice with her. I just about prepare myself to initiate conversation when the bell rings. Great. Everyone starts to flood in, and I feel bummed out in my seat. I barely sit near her, so that's to my disadvantage. I just go through a boring Japanese class and I advance to the next. Math wasn't bad, a bit confusing, but that's not too much of an issue.

I'm too lazy to continue.

Yes, I have been working out and I have gotten stronger. Give me a whole year before a transformation can be seen. What I've decided to do with this blog instead is to keep it as a journal instead. I don't care about the fact that its public. This blog may contain a bunch of petty and worthless babble but it'll be a chronicle of my life. A record.

I shall begin with today.

I woke up this morning at 6:00 as I usually do and I silence my phone to stop it from telling me to wake up any longer. I fall asleep for another ten minutes, then five more. Another five minutes and I force myself out of my bed and I feel absolutely groggy. I go to the bathroom and stare at myself in the mirror, being half awake and all. I start thinking, what am I supposed to do now? I remember that I have my laundry to do and I need to put my clothes in the dryer. I dash downstairs and I stick my wet pants in the dryer.

I drank some coffee to pass the time. I do love coffee. Especially when its sweetened. I enjoy it for a few minutes and I brush my teeth after. I did just wake up after all. Since there was still time left to spare, I grab a bite of cereal. I grab my pants out of the dryer, change and I bolt out the door.

I begin my trek to school. Or at least the bus stop. It was a pretty far walk too, about 20 minutes if you're going fast. I get near and I see at least two buses pass. Fuck, I was going to be late. I begin to reflect on what I'm gonna do at school today. Maybe hide from that class that I'm supposed to present in. I wait 30 minutes at a bus stop and the bus is there around 7:50. Now I knew I was going to be late.

After my short bus ride, I get off near the store. Since I figured I was late anyway so I went in and bought something. I got some tea. Not that Arizona bullshit, it's called Oi Ocha. It's from Japan. It has this strong bitter tea taste to it and I really like it a lot. Some people I know hate the stuff more than anything. I kind of understand, since I hadn't liked when I first tried it. I got used to it and it has these other flavors that make it worth drinking.

I continue to walk towards school, in a very, very slow manner. I didn't care at that point. It didn't matter if I was late five minutes or 30 minutes. I get there and I walk around campus for a bit. I see the watchful cameras that are installed everywhere you look. I would like to copy all of the locations of each camera and make a map. I'd like to sneak in at night and do something once. Maybe set up something or write on a wall. Maybe not the writing on the wall thing though.

Anyway, I get to class eventually. Its Japanese, nothing special. Well, except for this girl that's in my class. Her name is JC. I dunno how exactly to spell it, but she's very attractive. She's a bit on the heavy side but she's fine by my standards.

Ok maybe I won't go through the whole day, but you get the picture. I need to get some sleep anyway. Maybe one of you may care enough to read. hahaha

Hooray I got a haircut! I still can only bench about 105 or something, but now with a lot less difficulty!

Workout Progress Week 5

I have a bit less access to the internet at home so my updates might come a bit late haha. I have no picture right now, but I think I look a bit the same. Just imagine the last picture or something. Benching 110 is difficult haha, I can manage.

I started reading a book called Dinosaur Training. It's pretty cool and it's basically teaching me to lift hard and heavy. Work hard or die. My arms feel exhausted but hey, I'm definitely making progress. I can now (barely) lift 95 pounds. Whoooooo!

Workout Progress Week 3

Alright, I'm starting to get more into a routine like regime where I target certain muscle groups for certain days. I focused on my arms today whoo.

I hope this turns out better than I expect.

Edit: NOW WITH A PICTURE! :D Had to use my crappy phone for this one. :P

Workout Progress Week 2

Posted by Rozner - October 3rd, 2009

Recently I've been working out and I'd like to post the weekly progress. I've been noticing my chest and arms getting more firm and some things seem to be getting easier to lift. It has been about 4 weeks since I have started but this is the first week using a weight set, bars and dumbbells.

I'll count this as my real week one.

I hope to see more significant results by December.
